Itinerary at a Glance
Arrival at Queen Alia Airport. Meet & assist at the gate, complete formalities, pick up luggage, and transfer to your hotel in Amman. Overnight stay.
Explore Amman’s gems: the Citadel, ancient temples, churches, museums, and the Roman Amphitheater. Wander downtown streets and soak in local life. Continue to the Eastern Desert to visit the Umayyad Desert Castles – Qasr Kharana, Qasr Amra with its unique frescos, and Azraq Castle, once home to Lawrence of Arabia. Return to Amman for overnight.
Discover Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the Middle East. Continue to Ajloun Castle, built in the 12th century to guard against the Crusaders. End the day at Um Qais (ancient Gadara), offering sweeping views over the Jordan Valley, Sea of Galilee, and Golan Heights. Return to Amman for overnight.
Visit Madaba’s St. George Church with its famous 6th-century mosaic map, then Mount Nebo, where Moses viewed the Promised Land. Continue to Wadi Mujib, Jordan’s “Grand Canyon,” known for dramatic gorges and waterfalls. Stop at Dana Panorama for tea with spectacular views before heading to Petra for overnight.
Experience the magic of Petra – the Siq, the Treasury, royal tombs, the Roman theater, and temples. For the adventurous, hike to the Monastery or the High Place of Sacrifice. Overnight in Wadi Musa.
Head south to Wadi Rum, the “Valley of the Moon.” Enjoy a 4x4 jeep adventure across its red sands and surreal rock formations. Optional activities include camel rides, stargazing, hot-air ballooning, or sandboarding. End the day with a traditional Bedouin Zarb dinner under the stars. Overnight in a desert camp.
Travel to Aqaba, Jordan’s Red Sea jewel. Relax on sandy beaches, snorkel or dive among vibrant coral reefs, or simply enjoy the laid-back coastal atmosphere. Overnight in Aqaba.
Journey through the dramatic landscapes of Wadi Araba Desert, including a guided UTV ride. Continue to the Dead Sea, Earth’s lowest point. Float effortlessly in its salty waters, cover yourself in therapeutic mud, and enjoy the magical sunset views. Overnight at a Dead Sea resort.
Breakfast, then transfer to Queen Alia International Airport for departure.
