Arrival at Queen Alia Airport. Meet & assist, complete formalities, and transfer to your hotel.
Explore Amman’s highlights: visit the Citadel, ancient temples, churches, and the Museum of Amman. Wander downtown and the Roman Amphitheater to experience local culture and city life. Overnight in Amman.
Visit Madaba and the Basilica of St. George with its 6th-century mosaic map of the Holy Land. Continue to Mount Nebo, where Moses viewed the Promised Land. Adventure through Wadi Mujib, the “Jordanian Grand Canyon,” for hiking and canyoning amidst stunning cliffs and waterfalls. End the day at the Dead Sea, floating effortlessly in its mineral-rich waters. Overnight at the Dead Sea.
Travel through Wadi Al-Hasa, Jordan’s longest valley. Accompanied by a local guide, swim, jump, and explore this desert oasis with biblical history. After lunch, head to Dana Nature Reserve for a scenic evening and overnight stay.
Discover the untouched beauty of Dana Biosphere Reserve. Enjoy hiking along six different trails and immerse yourself in nature’s serenity. Overnight at Dana camp.
Embark on a 17 km / 6-hour hike through Wadi Ghweir, following a flowing canyon stream leading to a lush oasis filled with palm trees and vegetation. After lunch and rest at the oasis, transfer to Petra. Overnight at Petra hotel/camp.
Explore Petra, the Nabataean “Rose City” and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Walk through the Siq to the Treasury, visit royal tombs, temples, and the Roman-style theater. Optional hikes to the Monastery or High Place of Sacrifice offer panoramic views. In the evening, enjoy Wadi Musa’s sunset and charming cafes. Overnight at Petra hotel/camp.
Travel to Wadi Rum, the “Valley of the Moon.” Experience a 4x4 jeep adventure through red dunes and towering rock formations, guided by local Bedouins. Optional activities include camel rides, sandboarding, ATV rides, hot-air ballooning, hiking, stargazing, and yoga. Relish a traditional Bedouin Zarb dinner, slow-cooked underground with lamb or chicken and vegetables. Overnight in a desert camp.
